Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will receive the registered limited warranty periods. Please see warranty certificate for further details and restrictions. **Most Comfortmaker products carry a ten (10) year limited warranty on parts, including compressor and coils, to original homeowner if installed in an owner-occupied, single-family residence and properly registered within ninety (90) days after original installation.
